Too loud above our room

Perfect experience there. Comfy hotel in a wonderful position to freeway. Good service, helpful and attentive staff during stay. Nice swimming pool area and above average breakfast with very very comfortable, yogurt, healthy options.

The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. I read some of the past reviews stating that it was noisy, but it was quiet in our room that faced the courtyard.

The hotel appears older while walking the hallways, but it was immaculate. THe bed was very comfortable and breakfast quick and easy!

Desk clerk would not allow my date to check in, telling her I must be present with the credit card which reserved the room. Upon my arrival I was not even asked for a credit card or an ID!!!! We were in room 210 and on Friday Mar 18, Room 208 was very loud starting at about 3 am. My first attempt to contact the front desk via the room telephone, came to no avail as the desk picked up the phone made no attempt to respond and then hung up.

The hotel provided free shuttle service to a conference that took place about a mile away - on two mornings, this was really convenient. they allowd checkout at 2 pm, also convenient.

Highway noise. In addition to the Booked.net fee I was charged a few $ extra, not very clear why.

It fit our budget, was clean, and served a nice breakfast.

Some of the rooms are right on the freeway and quite noisy. We had to complain to get ours changed.

Central position in a good neighborhood with exceptionally good views. Very close to Walnut Creek, CA and the alley and the airport.

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast was impressively varied with hot and cold choices, and the overall atmosphere felt cute, making my one-night stay enjoyable.

There was a $10 parking fee that was added unexpectedly.

The hotel was very good, very clean and comfortable! The internet was working very good! We had a great time there!

This hotel was a well-suited match for a weekend in Walnut Creek with high value for money. The heated outdoor pool was a great surprise for some evening relaxation. Just remember to check if your key card still works before heading back to your room.

Efficient, clean and comfortable. Very well located for my needs. Good price. Staff very friendly and helpful. I stay there at least once a year since my older son lives around the corner but does not have space for me.

It would be nice to have some vending machines/ice on the first floor.

Staff was great. Worked to get us a room earlier than check-in time.Breakfast was excellent with friendly attendants. A good value for the money.

Great staff and clean room, but breakfast milk was spoiled twice during stay.
